Cherie was born on a sheep farm in rural Western Australia but came to England as a child when her father decided to follow his dream of setting up his own U.K based business. Her father’s entrepreneurial spirit and wide ranging vision rubbed off and stays with Cherie to this day. Working throughout the U.K, Europe, the U.S.A and the Far East, Cherie guides business professionals through transitionary periods in their careers, refocusing senior management on their business and life goals and repositioning executives for maximum impact on their company’s growth. This process makes business growth targeted and efficient, plans for development are made more effective and bottom line targets are surpassed.
Although Cherie provides measurable and empirical targets for the individuals and companies she collaborates with her working methods are practice based, crafted over twenty years of experience working successfully with companies such as Rexam, Alcatel Lucent, Associated British Ports, Cummins and BE Aerospace. Throughout this period she has developed an impressive natural talent for leading her clients toward an environment conducive to learning by accurately outlining and stimulating their individual potential. Cherie has proven to possess an uncanny ability to "know" her clients, observe their strengths and develop a belief in the people she interacts with, which consistently results in their growth and development.People are her highest priority and communication her tool with which she inspires them toward harmonious interpersonal cooperation.
Cherie holds charity close to her heart and has always made time in her busy schedule to support good causes. She currently works with Rainbows Children’s Hospice to ensure that the leadership and management of the hospice enable the care staff to provide the highest quality service to both children and parents.
